Musical Collaboration helps songwriters broaden their horizons, get over writer's block, improve the end result, and it's LOTS OF FUN.  It is also one of the main reasons most member join San Diego Songwriters MeetUp.

 We encourage members to join in.  If you would like to collaborate then  attend one of our meetings and talk with the MeetUp Organizers to get added to our Collaboration Listing.  (see questionnaire below).  

If you want to collaborate with someone on our Collaboration List, contact them directly via email, their email address is listen in the Music Player. To read the songwriter's notes on what type of collaboration they want just select the song and then click on "lyrics" in the music player.

We also have regular "Collaboration Jams" at our meetings, where members break into groups with the goal of writing a song and recording it within 1 month.  Some months we also select a song from the members for a collaborative effort in the recording studio with other members helping out.  All for free.
